Corporate Accounts Guide
If you are unable to place an order with a credit/debit card and wish to purchase images, it is quick and easy to set up a Corporate Account Membership with RedStock Images.
Step 1
Join RedStock Images and register in the normal way. You can then use your Username and Password to apply for Corporate Registration and upgrade your membership.
Step 2
Once your Corporate Status application has been approved, we will create an account for you at RedStock Images. The minimum number of credits (or tokens) you can purchase is 500 (worth £250). As soon as your account is activated, 500 credits plus a bonus 125 FREE credits will immediately be allocated for your use.
Step 3
An invoice will then be sent to your Accounts Department. A monthly statement will be sent to you via email so that you can track your downloads. You will also be sent a reminder to top up your credits when your account falls to 50 credits or under.
Please note that, under RedStock’s Terms and Conditions, each downloaded image is purchased for single usage only. An image may be downloaded as many times as you wish at our usual rate, depending on the size of the image you require.
If you are a Corporate Account holder, the following changes to the Licence Agreement will also apply:
For your convenience, Corporate Account holders are permitted to store downloaded images in company archives. RedStock Images subsequently taken from a company archive should be self-invoiced on publication of each image. Your normal space rates will apply.
